This app is really good and very much needed here in Ethiopia. But the one thing that I didn’t like is that there are not that many items to choose from, not many colors to choose from. Other than that the app is good and appreciated and needs to keep going.

One of my favourite parts is the more like this feature,which basically suggests similar styles based on a specific item.Rather than being too general or based off what you’ve bought in the past,it actually gives you items that are very similar to the item that are very similar to the items you’ve selected.This is especially helpful given that the app has thousands of styles to sort through.
I don’t see myself stopping the use of this app soon. It has something for everyone and I love it!!

I place my order and right away one of their sales agents called me to confirm my order and when I want it to be delivered. I was super surprised and once I Confirmed my deliver date and time literally within one hour the delivery guy called me for delivery😯😯 that is what I call amazing customer experience and on top once I received my products the customer experience team called me to ask for my experience. Really this is never heard of in Ethiopia and am 💯 recommending Guzomart for sure. I hope they go far to the rest of Africa.🥰🥰

Best go to app for fashion
GUZOMART is really the best e-commerce company in Ethiopia if not in Africa. They are the first to start online shopping and now the application is one of the best I have seen so far comparable to the best. It’s very user friendly and allows me to find what I’m looking for quickly. It really made me proud to see this company is Habesha owned with a big vision. I used their services multiple times and they never disappointed me. Free and quick delivery and amazing customer service. Their Fashion collection is the best in Ethiopia too. Love love Guzomart.
