What’s gone wrong
I have been using this app for a few years and it has been great. However I booked an appointment with my doctor for tomorrow and this has disappeared from the app. It is now all in French and I can’t change to English. I have tried to contact support and it is not available.

Works perfectly for me. Can book appointments and change without any hassle, check medications due and price, add other users, generate Justificantes. Recommended.
Doesn’t accept Digital Signature
Used to have no issues until the last update then it kept telling me I had not authenticated with a cl@ve / digital signature - when I do this it fails (works perfectly with all other Govt apps and websites), it says IN ENGLISH ‘get function is not supported’ any ideas ? Would be nice to use this app again!! Why is the error message in English on a Spanish language app?

The app will not scan my SIP barcode either on iPad or iPhone so pretty unusable. I’ve tried several times.

Ahora no puedo usar la aplicación ya que no puedo escanear la tarjeta SIP, ¿cómo se lanzó esto y no funciona correctamente, locura?
Además, si no escanea la primera vez, obtiene una pantalla en blanco en la aplicación iOS, completa basura

Unable to register myself.
The previous version of this app worked great. This one is very limited. You can only use your camera to read the bar code on your SIP card to register. The bar code on my card is damaged therefore I can’t move ahead. There should be a way to input the number manually.
New updated app
The latest update will not scan my SIP card so cannot use app. Checked at Farmacia and SIP scans on their machine ? Help ?

How do I add my husband? Also stuck on page to phone emergency etc
