Absolutely terrible app
This app is buggy and the app support is bad as-well, they don’t treat the drivers well either and you can’t use your visa to pay, it’s either cash or you have your top up a MINIMUM of RM20 into your account.
Improve App
The App glitches quite a lot. The promotions were great, especially in Subang where there is plenty of student. However there are very few drivers. Please fix the app glitches, it makes the app annoying to use and I just close and open another car service. Losing lots of customers.
The server always crash
As I using the app for 3 months the app having severals time that server crash with can't book the car. It's what a bad experience
Disappointed to this app
I joined the promotion which clearly stated that multiple rides would be free(within RM30) if certain conditions were met. I fulfilled ALL the requirements, yet I was still charged. The driver even gave feedback to the customer service at the time, but now the customer service claims I’m not eligible without any proper explanation even I had provided all the evidence and just keep apologising.
This is misleading and dishonest. If you launch a campaign, you should honour it. Refusing a refund after false advertising is unacceptable.
Be careful before using this app what they promote is not always what you get.

Terrible Customer Service, completely unprofessional and irresponsible when it comes to refunds
They have a ride quota of RM30, free per day effective if ordered from Subang Jaya, however T&C says we are entitled with RM30 a whole day but after one ride although did not use up quota, the next ride is bourne by users and thanks to incompetent Customer Service, they never take action nor to refund to us the remaining subsidised amount. Don’t expect them to layan you, when it comes to money, the successful refund stories that they say are just made-up(fake) which means you will never get back your money. Please take note.

Improve the app by enabling “auto accept” mode for driver within a certain distance of the customer booked area.
Otherwise drivers are not going to accept the ride and be super choosy, it comes to an extent where there’s no point of advertising/marketing your app if customers can’t even get a ride. At last switch to other platform.

Not enough drivers
There’s a promotion going on from may 1st to may 31st where u get rm30 to spend daily but pick up in subang area. I tried to find a driver multiple times and waited 1hr but still no driver, it was only a 3km distance drive in subang area. They keep advertising this promotion, even in Sunway uni, but there isn’t even enough drivers to pick you up, how do you expect to meet the demand of more customers when u lack drivers?

No Rides
I have this app for more than a month. Have tried to book a ride so many times from Subang but I have not gotten even 1 ride. Each time I am told nothing is found. And I have updated the app like 10 times already.

No drivers available
I heard promotions of this being a new app for booking cars in Malaysia and free rides below RM30 for Subang Jaya area until end of April, however there seems to be no drivers available through this app maybe because it’s new but it’s a waste of time trying and a month into this app there seems to be no luck with it or drivers specifically do not want to pick the free rides within Subang Jaya which makes the promotion pointless.

Just my suggestion
The promotion is really helpful and efficient for me. As a student, it’s really convenient to save a bit. I hope this promotion lasts forever haha. Anyway just one tiny suggestion, would it be more convenient to see how many minutes would driver take to arrive at the pickup point before the passenger accepts driver offer. It only shows with km and sometimes it’s not correct. And I think it’s essential for us, passengers to know the time so we can decide whether to just take another offer or walk to the destination.

Beware guys
I knew this app on social media post and there mentioned that you will get a free ride if you ride from subang jaya. I took once. When finding the driver, I have been told I need to pay for rm17. I wonder isn’t it for free? But never mind it’s still cheap with this cost. However when I reached my destination, it turned out costing me rm38 and I was actually paid with this fking cost. So beware guys, dun repeat the same mistake as me especially the things for free
