I love this app, it’s more easy to search song list, don’t need to use the book just voice txt thru this apps and ur fav song will pop up..

Not Working Properly
It needs to be updated or fixed. I spent a significant amount on GV Symphony Pro 3 and wanted to test out the “Direct Download” for songs, so I bought (which of course was never advertised to be purchased separately) these Volume Pack Song Updates and codes were emailed to me but this app does not work via by downloading onto this GVsmartapp. Therefore, the direct downloading process is either a SCAM or hopefully it is just one of the glitches that needs to be fixed ASAP! This is the only reason, why I decided to go with this Symphony Pro because it is capable of this smart app for direct downloading. I have been in contact and messaging back and forth with Grand Videoke and still waiting for a proper solution for this entire unit to work properly as to what they advertise. Also, my iPad Air 2 is the only one that can pair with this app to my main symphony pro unit but my iPhone X cannot! They say that apple products may not work properly with this smart app but if you look at Grand Videoke website and Youtube, an IPhone is completely advertised to this smartapp. Was this a false advertisement??? So far it is, i would give it a “0 Star” if I could because this smart app has been released for quite sometime now and if they will ever update to be working in full (as per their advertisement) but I needed to rate a star so “1” it is, until they fix this problem otherwise I will never be able to update songs on my main unit considering the symphony pro 3 is not capable of using drives or Sd cards like previous models. (I hope not) otherwise, I will have to return to Grand Videoke and never again will I buy from them. Problem is though, I live in Canada and getting this unit is a let down if the full capabilities of it will never work!
