Great for Quick Answers
The ask Lilly feature is a great AI feature to get quick answers about GVSU. Also get quick news updates and find your faculty’s contact info with ease.
Right idea wrong execution
Great idea around the app. showing where your classes are on the schedule, checking meal plans ect. But In my 3 years of attending this school this app maybe works once every 2 months. It never loads anything for me when I actually need it. Please just fix those issues.
"Lily" chatbot is great!
I was very impressed with its effectiveness. It was able to answer a lot of my questions correctly! This is very very impressive :)

Good app
Pretty but useless
This app looks gorgeous but has none of the functionality that GVSU students need. I don't care about the Twitter feed, I want to be able to check my grades or schedule quickly, figure out my dining dollars and meals left. The bus route function is this apps only useful part.

Beautiful App
This app is so easy to use and I love that I can see when the bus will be at the bus stop. I also love seeing what the weather is on campus. Such a wonderful update!

This is an amazingly helpful app! Thank you to the development team for providing essentials such as bus routes at our fingertips! I very much appreciate having an app available to download onto my phone for quick access. I already love the 2.0 version and find myself using it. Fabulous job! Every school should have this available for their students, faculties and guests!

Laker mobile app is sad
This app used to rock, now the stops don't show up and I always miss the bus. Please fix it!
Half Useful!
The updates are greatly welcomed after so long, but unfortunately now the bus stops no longer show up. My main reason for utilizing this app was for the live bus schedule. Now, it is mostly useless for me. Please fix this matter!
No bus times
The times aren't showing up for the bus stops nor is it updating. This is pointless if it doesn't show you where the busses are on their route.
Buses won't show up
The bus times no longer show up on up. It won't even show the stops anymore. This was the only reason I used the app
Where are the bus stops?
This app was my favorite until a few days ago when the bus stops stopped showing up. Now the app is just basically a map of the routes with no stops. What happened?
Better with update
Tons of info, virtually all of it has no practical application though. Was probably put together to simply have an app out there. The one thing that usually works well is the computer lab seating portion. Don't expect miracles though, IT/CS has always been GVSU's Achilles' heel.
Update current position
I like the app and all, but I don't know how to update my current position with the new update. I have to drag the map to where I am now and I don't like it.
This app could use some work.
While the idea itself is great, the execution is subpar. Busses aren't where the app says they are, the app doesn't show the next bus times, etcetera.

This app used to be great. Now it doesn't show bus location or correct times. It needs to be fixed!
Buggy
I like the idea of the app but lately it does not show bus location or when busses will arrive at a certain stop. If it's fixed then it is great but right now fails to live up to its premise.
Dissspointing
Works half the time. Bus info/times is what i want most and lately it will not load or just wont show up at all, has bugs to work out. thinking about deleting this app.
