Great app but it skips frames when you are reviewing the recording. Also, you cannot delete or make some other modifications.

Totally unusable
Got disconnected from the app and now it won’t let me reconnect. Even when it was connected it was a pain to use and find what you’re looking for.

Camera storage
Storage is too short, a single camera can only be assigned to HDD Group 1/2 but can not be assigned to any other group, this needs to be changed so i could have one camera store on more that one group of hard drives or make the hard drive groups bigger like a group could cover up to eight HDD’s as part of a single group

Keeps going offline even when wired into the router. Unable to access the video from the preferred app.

Cameras aren’t regularly working
We have to unplug and re-plug in our cameras power source almost every day. If we want it to work all of the time, we would need to do it several times a day. They used to work great, but this is how it has been for years.
Don’t get notifications
The app is not good. The camera view quality is OK as far as the app goes, but I don’t get notifications from my cameras whenever someone is detected I could be user error on setting up. May have to call Tech Support to see if you could fix.
