Gyeongbuk Dex

Gyeongbuk Dex is a travel dex that turns attractions in Gyeongsangbuk-do, Korea into cards you collect. Built on Korea Tourism Organization data, 300 cards hand-picked from Gyeongbuk's 22 cities and counties are refreshed every day. Visit a spot in person and come within 500 m to unlock its card and fill another slot in your dex. ■ A dex of cards - Browse the card grid by city/county, category and tier - Places you haven't visited appear as locked cards; places you've been reveal their photo - A new "Today's Exhibit" card every day ■ Cards that unlock only on site - Verify within 500 m of an attraction to collect its card - Your location is checked on your device only and never sent to our server - Get notified when an uncollected card is nearby ■ Attractions with tiers - Six tiers, from BRONZE to HIDDEN - The quieter the place, or the more famous, the higher its tier - Tiers are recalculated daily from visitor numbers, festivals, K-content filming spots and audio guides, and every card shows why it earned its tier ■ Quiet courses away from the crowds - Half-day quiet courses that start near you - See the cards you'll earn along the way, plus festivals happening now and drama or film locations on the route ■ Map and nearby cards - See every card across Gyeongbuk on one map - Cards closest to where you are, sorted by distance ■ Collect together - Your card count, tier breakdown and rankings - Notifications when new cards join the dex You can browse the dex without an account. Collecting cards and taking courses require signing in with Kakao, Apple, Google or email. About languages: the app screens are fully available in English. Attraction names and descriptions appear in English where the Korea Tourism Organization's English service provides them; other cards are shown in the original Korean.
