UNLOCK AVATAR FRAMES • Collectible frames — climb the ranks to earn frames for your avatar, from a Bronze ring all the way to the Legend crown. • Show off to your crew — your frame rides on your avatar across the app, and your friends see it on the leaderboard. • Bonus frames — earn special looks for feats like holding a 100-day streak or saving a streak with a freeze. • Roadmap & Rewards — a new screen that maps every level and the exact frame it unlocks. Tap any frame you've earned to equip it. PROTECT YOUR STREAK • Streak freeze — can't make it to the gym? Freeze your streak for the day so one rest day doesn't wipe out weeks of work. You get one freeze a week.
