Nice and simple workout notepad
Doesn't Transfer between devices
Decent app but needs the kinks worked out.
No good
Super easy
Great App
Great App! Just what is needed so it doesn’t distract from lifting!
I have tried many other apps (including the big popular ones) and many other approaches (pen and paper, videos, etc.). None of those other apps have given me key ingredients that keep me on track for my lifting routine. All the bloat and marketing and cross-selling in the big apps just wastes valuable time and drains motivation. This app just gives you what you need to keep doing what you need to without getting in your way.
I have three requests for developer:
1) some of my lift names are longer that one line and when they are this long I can only see the first few words of the name on the lifting screen. It would be great to implement word wrap
2) somehow my exercise categories got duplicated (maybe from an update) and I can’t seem to delete the duplicates
3) it would be great to also add a “technique notes” feature where I could write something like “feet and arms shoulder width, legs straight for Romanian deadlift” for the clean and press, etc. there are lots of technique notes that would be nice to make and reference while lifting.
Best App

Royb
Great tracking app
Best customer service ever!
It just works…
If you are looking for easy progress tracking without all the fluff and recurring fees, this is it.
Needs fixing
So simple! Fantastic
Deleted my history
Wonderfully Simple, But Flawed
UPDATE: I added a star after hearing from the developer who pointed out that you can edit a created workout by long-holding on it. Still can’t figure out how to delete a specific workout that I prematurely saved. Also, for the distances in Cardio, it needs shorter distances travelled increments because most of us treadmill/elliptical in increments less than a mile. If I run 3.75 miles I want to record that figure, not round up to 4 miles. But for free, this app is still awesome.
