Recommendation

I don’t know why app store doesn’t recommends this app at the top, best and simple workout app I’ve ever used

Amazing resource

This app is everything I’ve always wanted and needed! I’m always so worried I’ll hurt myself or look really stupid that I wouldn’t go to the gym or if I did go, I would skip parts of a routine that I wasn’t already comfortable with (pretty much anything with weights) so I’m really grateful for this app. It keeps the explanations real simple and I’m able to understand what I need and keep it moving.
However, is there a way to remove ads!?? I am more than happy to pay to support this developer, not by having my focus disrupted by watching ads though :(

Rubbish

This application funded an in app purchase that doesn’t change anything, trying to create my own workout program and also for exercise and refuses to save it. Instead it keeps giving an empty fields error message even though all the fields have been filled in.

Ads ads ads

Ads everywhere. Every few scrolls, straight into an ad. Want to watch a video how to do the exercise… nope, watch an ad. Watching a video? Ok, but a few seconds in, guess what, ad. No option to do away with ads. I’m shocked I didn’t get an ad just typing the review. This is terrible when you’re in the gym trying to learn an exercise through this guide. I’m not sure how to do the Arnold curls but I sure can tell you how many times the ad for the same game came on. Don’t bother downloading unless you want to see constant ads.

Great app

You would pay good money for this advice from a gym instructor, worth the money it costs all day long

What happened to the videos?

I really love this app, but for some reason the videos that used be on the app are not any longer……. What happened to the videos????

The Best Potential

I want to say I really like this app. There’s a great amount of info on every part of the body and the app lists just about every exercise you could think of. It looks really solid and seems like great work for an app on info for bodybuilding, but I feel like the app has a lot more potential. I’m interested in getting better flexibility in my upper and lower body but I don’t see much support for stretches as opposed to exercises which is OK but that’s my suggestion. Along with that, the stylization, categorization and some of the fonts and lettering could be a bit cleaner which would be good for people to be able to see and sort through different exercises quicker and more efficiently/easier. There are videos for the workouts as well which I’m sure are great, but they are all private. There is good detail in explaining the form, but I would prefer the explanations to be more detailed because I like to fully understand how to do the exercise properly. They are small things but I feel like if these changes could be made and more improvements could be done, this app would be very great. Seeing as the creator last updated two years ago, I’m hoping he sees this review and decides to implement some changes! Either way though, I feel like more can be gotten through the app.

Basically:
- Suggestion on including stretches for different types of mobility
- More detailed photos (arrows, figures, etc) and explanation for workouts, make videos public so we can access them
- Font, lettering, style, categorization, etc., could be a little bit better and cleaner, to make it easier for users to read and sort workouts
- More improvements/updates

I really do like the app but I want more to be added to it

Too many adds, just annoying!

Every exercise you open, an add opens first! Just too annoying

So many ads

Looks nice but in the workout section when you are looking at the options there are ads popping up every 3 seconds which is really excessive. I couldn't choose a workout in the end cause I don't have time to look at them.

Thank you!!

Hello my name is Kaeden I live in Canada. I been using this App for two years now and it’s helped me so much learning it all In the gym I haven’t needed another app for working out. This app helped me be very confident in the gym and outside the gym. The pro version is not %100 needed but I do recommend paying for it to help the developers!

Very good easy app if you don’t mind all the Ads!!

I like this app its easy to use and has a wide range of exercises for every muscle however I cannot use it as the amount of ads is unbearable

Could be a great app

This could be great if it wasn’t for the non stop ads every 2 seconds. I understand that they want you to pay for it. But that level. Of ads I’d rather buy another app

I like very new presentation changes and informations are much simple to understand

I like very very new presentation change and informations are much simple and very help-full

Response from developer

Thank you, we are pleased!

Decent App

So I have used nene toys workout apps with varying degrees of functionality. This one is just about the best less one issue, it doesn’t show your most recent workout so you don’t have a record of your process. Otherwise, I love it. It offers great variety.

Closes before you can even say flex

Yeh so. Pretty sure she's got some issues. Takes a bit to get past the black and white opening screen and then will pop up with the muscles groups etc and then close itself.

Very Good

Actually shows you the muscle groups the exercise focuses on. Also shows the proper form for each.

Nice simple app to use

Trying to get in the habit of the gym again after a few years absent. Love the beginner workouts... gives you a plan and a goal. Really simple to use and fun how it changes your routines up.
