About
Gym Instructor is a command interval timer that allows you to preset individual commands that will be randomly shouted during your workout. Perfectly designed for sports like boxing, MMA, BJJ, and many more. The optional trainer mode allows you to select your instructions and intensity individually and improves your brain-muscle connection. You’ll be automatically more motivated and increase your reaction time tremendously.
