The second you arrive, it slams the door on the apps that wreck your workout — Instagram, TikTok, X, whatever steals your rest between sets. Leave the gym and they unlock on their own. No timers to set, no babysitting, no negotiating with yourself mid-set. Set it once. Pick your gym on the map, pick the apps to block, and Gym Narc handles the rest using your location. The shield only goes up inside your gym — everywhere else, your phone is your phone. HOW IT WORKS • Drop a pin on your gym (or anywhere you want to lock in). • Choose the apps to block while you're there. • Arrive → distractions lock automatically. • Leave → they unlock automatically. • Build a streak for every session you don't cave. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything stays on your device. No account, no sign-up, no servers, no data collection. Gym Narc never sees your location — iOS handles the geofence locally and only tells the app "in" or "out." Gym Narc uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) to apply the shield and Location (Always) to detect your gym — the same systems behind iOS's own Screen Time limits.
