Training plans are rebuilt around how people actually train. • Every strength day is built from movement patterns — a press, a pull, a hinge, a squat, core work — instead of whatever the catalogue listed first. • Your equipment decides the plan. A bodyweight day never hands you a barbell, and a machine you do not have is replaced rather than ignored. • Each exercise carries its own prescription: heavy compounds in low reps, isolation work in the 8–20 range, planks as timed holds, carries as distances, cardio as a block of minutes. • Plans move forward week to week and respond to what you lifted. Loads rise when your reps land with room to spare and ease off after a session that ran too hard. • The set logger suggests your next weight, so you know what beating last time looks like. • Swap an exercise and you get the same movement pattern back, not an unrelated lift. • Fat-loss and endurance goals now get real conditioning days. 24 new home and bodyweight exercises bring the library to 174, so a plan built around a mat, a doorway and one pair of dumbbells still has somewhere to go. The 3D demonstrations now coach the rep. The phase you are in and when to breathe are both read from the animation itself, so the cue always matches what the athlete is doing. Dumbbells, benches, the ab wheel and the machines are placed and rendered correctly across the library. Personal records now include your longest hold and your longest carry — a 90-second plank and a 40-metre farmer's walk finally count. On Apple Watch: ask your iPhone to film a set from your wrist, a home screen built around starting a workout, and a Bright or Dark appearance that matches the phone. Underneath: the app now tells you when iCloud is off instead of letting you assume your training is backed up. Sets logged on the Watch survive a long session away from your phone, and a workout logged on both devices stays one session instead of quietly splitting in two. Plus fixes for crashes on the Lock Screen, in the equipment scanner, and when unusual numbers are typed into a weight field.
