About
Build a consistent gym routine with an offline training companion for adults.
Plan a week around your available days, equipment, experience and session length. See the next workout, follow a workout-specific warm-up and review exercises with 54 original offline 3D movement guides. The illustrations show approximate muscle regions; they do not measure your body or certify your technique.
Record your actual sets, repetitions or seconds, and load. Use rest timers, resume an unfinished session, save workout templates and review your completed history. Track food, estimated calories, macronutrients, water and entered body measurements. BMI is calculated from the height and weight you enter.
On iPhone, optional tools let you review selected Apple Health data, save chosen records to Health, attach progress photos and review text extracted from your own reports. Access is requested when needed. You can use local training without enabling these permissions. Export your records to a destination you choose.
The offline release has no required account, live AI coach, social feed or cloud synchronisation. Plans and estimates use local rules and your entries. There are no guaranteed body changes or automatically determined safe lifting weights.
Read bundled Sources & methods notes beside BMI, calorie, nutrition, hydration, training and recovery guidance, or open all topics from Settings. The notes explain the calculations, separate published guidance from app-authored planning choices and list original reference URLs. The notes are available offline; opening an external publisher link needs internet access.
For adults 18 and over. General fitness information, not diagnosis, treatment or a substitute for individual professional advice.

What's New in Gym Trainer
3.0.1
November 4, 2026
Fixed an issue that could interrupt first launch and onboarding with repeated saved-data alerts. Added clear recovery options to retry opening saved data, export the original file, or review profile details. Existing records and media are kept; starting a new profile requires your explicit choice and preserves a copy of the original file. Offline workouts, exercise videos, tracking and Sources & methods remain available without an account.
