About

Gym Tross is the app your front desk actually uses. Register a walk-in and sell them a plan while they are still standing at the counter. Take the payment, check members in, and see who owes what — without turning to a computer. AT THE COUNTER • Check members in by phone number, or scan their code • See a member's plan status and outstanding dues before you wave them through • Register a new member and sell them a plan in one step • Take payments in cash, eSewa, Khalti, FonePay, bank or card THE WALK-IN LOG • Log everyone who enquires, with the plan they asked about • Work the callback list: who is new, who has been contacted, who joined • Turn a walk-in into a member without typing their details twice MEMBERS • Search by phone, name or member code • Membership history, invoices, payments and attendance in one place • Freeze, cancel, renew, refund and reverse — with every correction recorded THE MONEY • Today's collection, grouped by how it was paid • Refunds and money that never arrived kept apart, never netted into one number • Arrears: who owes, and how much BUILT FOR NEPAL Amounts are in rupees and read the way you write them. Dates follow your gym's own day, not the phone's timezone. Works for a single gym or a chain of branches. Gym Tross shares one database with the Lord of Gyms web console, so what the desk records on a phone is what the owner sees in a report.

Fees • Owners can now set up the fees a gym charges on top of a plan, such as registration, a member card or a locker. Choose the amount, whether it is charged once or on every sale, and which plans it applies to. Find it under Settings, Fees. • A plan now lists the fees that apply to it. Invoices • Each fee prints as its own line on the invoice, and the "You saved" box lists them by name. • When a member renews, a fee they already paid is shown taken back off, so the invoice shows exactly what was and was not charged. Selling a membership • Registering a member or renewing now shows each fee in the summary, and the total to collect includes them. • The amount to collect stays correct if the fee list finishes loading after a plan has been picked.
