About

Keep your gym equipment checks organized. GymGuard helps independent gym owners and coaches record equipment inspections, track upcoming checks, and review inspection history without scattered notes or spreadsheets. Built for boutique gyms, strength studios, and small fitness facilities. ORGANIZE YOUR EQUIPMENT • Add equipment with category, brand, serial number, location, and notes. • Search your equipment list and filter by OK, Due, or Overdue. • Keep equipment details and inspection records together. RECORD EQUIPMENT CHECKS • Log pass/fail inspection outcomes. • Add technician names and inspection notes. • Review inspection history for each piece of equipment. TRACK UPCOMING INSPECTIONS • Set an inspection interval for your facility. • See which equipment checks are due soon or overdue. • Use the in-app Alerts tab to plan your next checks. GymGuard does not send inspection notifications. GYMGUARD PRO Use QR lookup to find saved equipment records by their equipment ID or serial number. GymGuard Pro is available through the existing monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription. Equipment records, inspections, history, and in-app due lists remain available without Pro. GymGuard does not generate or print QR labels. RECORDKEEPING YOU CONTROL Equipment and inspection records are stored locally on your device. Sign in with Apple or use the existing email/password route. An optional display name can be saved with your account. Signing out does not erase local records. GymGuard does not provide shared team access, equipment-record cloud backup, or an in-app transfer to another device. IMPORTANT INFORMATION GymGuard is a recordkeeping and scheduling tool. It does not certify equipment safety or regulatory compliance. Inspection outcomes are entered by the user. OK, Due, and Overdue are schedule statuses calculated from the last-check date and your selected inspection interval—not assessments of equipment condition. Logging a failed inspection also updates the last-check date; review the recorded outcome before using equipment. GymGuard does not manage repairs, memberships, or facility billing. Purchases are handled by Apple. Restore eligible purchases in the app and manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Deleting the app or signing out does not cancel a subscription.
