This app is great for timing intervals. It's simple and easy to use. Nice upgrade.
Useless
Why would you need an app to count down then not let you know when interval is over. If I wanted to stare at my phone I can count.

I think it's great minus the stopping when someone calls or text!! Once that is fixed it will get 5 stars
Shuts down
Worked great until I got a text then it shutdown. Bummer ruined my whole workout
Good to go
I have happily used GymBoss timers for years. I like the iPhone version better because I can save timer sequences. My one wish is for the final alarms to be significantly different than the interval alarms.

Looks good and works great on my iPhone 5. Would be nice if saved timers were ordered by when I've last used them. Other than that it's spot on.
Does what it's supposed too, but...
I understand the Gymboss costs $15 so I saves $10, but this is a very simple app. $5 is an exorbitant amount for such a simple app; I give 3 stars for value.

Doesn't run in background
I would have loved this otherwise. It worked, but not when my phone slept.
App crashes
Downloaded this app but it does not work. It opens but crashes immediately. Try to uninstall/install several times but nothing. How can this be fixed.
Excellent backup to the GymBoss
I have been a long time user of the GymBoss and utilize it in my wrestlers cross training this is great to have in those impromptu conditioning moments.
Needs Improvement.
You can't lock you're phone while you're working out, otherwise the clock just stops. You have to keep the app on which drains battery life especially when you're listening to music. Also if you use any other app, like to check a message or email during a rest or cool down period, the clock stops. Once that is fixed, it'll be perfect.

Works as advertised
The beep needs to be waaay louder. In a busy gym the beep is not sufficient to alert a client who may be standing a few feet away that it's time for another set. Would have gotten 5 stars otherwise.

Can't believe I paid $15 for the physical timer at one point. This is great!
Doesn't work
Every time I tap the app it turns on and then shuts off. Help!!!
Great upgrade!
Thanks for the excellent job on the upgrade. I was actually okay with the old version at $4 cos I needed something for timing intervals for my clients. I like gymboss but there were a few problems with it that are rectified by this app. It was easy to create custom intervals but very tedious. Yours is much more user-friendly. If there were any suggestions I might add, you may want to preload some interval programs for people who aren't as fitness savvy. I can email u a screenshot of all my custom intervals (they're pretty standard) if you want. thanks again. Well worth the $4! For those who can't make it work, either your phone's touch screen is the problem or it's user error. My 8-y-o can operate this app. Just sayin'!

Excellent app
Does exactly what it says on the tin. Reviewers who gave it one star can't be bothered to learn to use it (user error), have a defective device (not the developer's job to babysit your device), or were scammed by a third party (app is FREE). Would be good to have additional tones to select from, but not indispensable. Great app to have.
