WOW. WHERE DO I EVEN START. I’ve been using this app only about a week now and I’ve already seen progress in the gym. I’m new to working out so this app has definitely helped me since I always felt lost and didn’t know where to start. Also I referred 3 friends so I didn’t even have to pay for it!! Amazing app and highly recommend to anyone
