What's New in GymScore

1.4.0

October 3, 2026

A big update focused on your training data and more ways to work out: • Apple Health sync — completed workouts save to Apple Health, and GymScore can read heart rate and calories from your Apple Watch so your stats and Activity rings stay in sync. • Build Your Own WOD — pick a list of movements and GymScore auto-generates a workout. Regenerate for a fresh take, time it with the built-in stopwatch, then save and share it. • Hybrid Training — guided race-prep plans that blend running with functional fitness, scaled to your level and how many weeks out you are. • Warm-up and extra sets — add warm-up sets and extra working sets on the fly in all strength loggers (warm-ups don't count toward your PRs or volume). • Background GPS — your runs and walks keep recording accurately even with the screen off or the app in the background. • New exercise tracker, a live workout timer with calories, trainer payment requests, a share-with-friends link, and many smaller fixes and polish.

GymScore — track it, learn it, live it 💪🥩🏋🏽‍♀️

I’ve been using GymScore for the past six or seven weeks, and I can honestly say I’ve seen nothing but growth and results!
What I love most is that GymScore has helped me learn how to eat properly, not just what to eat. I use it to track my macros, plan my meals, and even when I’m grocery shopping at Costco, I can use my macro calculator to help me make better choices and know exactly what I’m buying. 🛒🥩🥦

It’s so much more than just a workout app. It helps me track my workouts, nutrition, water intake, recipes, and even gives me instructions so I can make sure I’m doing exercises correctly.

I’m stronger, more confident, and seeing results that motivate me to keep going 🔥
