About

GymSpace connects you to your gym. Your coach builds the plan, you train with it, and every set you log flows back — so the person writing your program can see how the last session actually went. BUILT AROUND YOUR GYM — Join with the code your gym gives you. The app takes on your gym's name, colours and logo, and shows the announcements the front desk posts. A PLAN YOU CAN FOLLOW — Today's session is on the home screen: exercises in order, with the sets, reps and target weight your coach set. Log as you go, with a rest timer that alerts you even with the screen off. AN EXERCISE LIBRARY THAT SHOWS THE MOVEMENT — Every exercise has illustrations and a demonstration video, grouped by muscle. Search, favourite, and check your form before you lift. PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE — Every finished session is kept. Watch your working weights climb per exercise, and see your streak and weekly volume without doing the arithmetic. WORKS WHEN THE CONNECTION DOESN'T — Your plan, library and logged sets live on the device. Train through a power cut; the app syncs the moment you're back online. ARABIC AND ENGLISH, PROPERLY — Both languages complete, right down to the numerals and right-to-left layout. Switch any time. No ads. No in-app purchases. Your membership is with your gym, not with us.

What's New in GymSpace.fit

1.0.22

September 22, 2026

Plans now start with the kind you want: gym, at home, recovery and mobility, or Pilates — and a ten-minute mobility session is no longer offered as a four-day split. New at-home programmes that need no equipment. If your gym changes its logo or cover, the app picks it up instead of showing the old one. Pounds now stay pounds on the finished-session summary and the share card. Spanish throughout.
