I cancelled my membership to cutting edge last year, and deleted my account. Im still being charged $1.49 a month, sometimes being double charged. Give me back my money! Absolutely ridiculous 🤬
Can’t get in
I was trying to create an account only so I could cancel it. Trying to cancel these things is always such a pain!!! I can’t get logged into it at all. It says my account is open on another device but I didn’t even have an account until now so I don’t know how it could be open elsewhere. This is the worst account setup I have seen and I’ve got a fair amount of accounts for things. If you need this app to use your gym, find another gym!!

I haven’t gone to cutting edge in a year and when I canceled my membership they said I was able to finish out the month since I’ve already paid 50 dollars for it. I wasn’t allowed back in for 14 days almost 2 weeks. Because I was leaving. Now that I haven’t gone there In a year they just tired to charge me money again a year later. Oh and if someone walks in behind you. And you don’t know them it won’t mater because they will try and charge you 200 dollars for accidentally not closing the door and they open it. Do not go to cutting edge as they will try to cut you and take your money. Even a year later.
