Fixes for your workout in progress: the session, your sets and Apple Watch stay where you left them. • If the connection drops and the app reopens mid-workout, you stay signed in, with your plan, and go straight back to your workout; a small notice tells you syncing resumes when the network is back • Workouts finished offline reach the cloud as soon as you are back online • With the phone locked, the Live Activity and the workout session no longer end on their own, and the blue indicator shows only once the workout has really started • Apple Watch: the app on your wrist opens and attaches to the workout in progress on your phone, instead of showing the list of days, and no longer buzzes every time you re-enter the workout • Apple Watch: after the phone app reopens, it stays on the right exercise, no longer jumps back to ones you already finished, and the workout clock and a running rest are kept • Completed sets stay completed when you come back to the workout, and a set you reopen or restore no longer comes back completed, on Apple Watch too • Rest: the value you type replaces the old one instead of being added after it, and the "-" can be tapped anywhere in its cell • "Restart" is gone, on the phone and on Apple Watch: sets are completed with one tap and there is no timer to restart • Sets: reps, weight, confirm and rest are evenly spaced • Summary and History: duration and calories show for the whole workout only, not per exercise; History columns line up as they do during the workout, with no repeated details or empty fields • Coach: after you buy a plan you land straight on "Linked athletes"; AI imports and suggested programs share a single monthly limit
