No Rewards
This app is barely functional & doesn’t accomplish much. There’s no more rewards system & no birthday rewards. There’s no point in having this app.
Great food, app needs work
Add Apple Pay or the ability to autofill a credit card (autofill is blocked) to your app guys, it’s brutal to pay.

App not working
I just download the app, created sign in, added my payment and hit submit. Nothing happened or I submitted my order 4 times. Not a good first experience for a new customer. One order went through but now I have to call the corporate office to see if multiple orders went through. Ugh!
This recent update is absolute garbage!
After the redesign, the app constantly signs me out, my card is never saved, I can’t just go into my order history and reorder because it keeps giving me a “cart not found” error. Also the payment processor sometimes just doesn’t work. And these are just the main issues, there are other smaller ones that randomly come and go, not to mention the app is now glitch and slow, mind you I have an iPhone 16 pro max. This app is barely usable, which directly causes me to just give up and get food somewhere else

Food is great, app needs help!
I’ve never been disappointed with the food at Gyro Shack, but honestly, are the developers actually testing the app? Very laggy between button pushes, almost every time I launch the app I have to resign in…and this is after 07/30/24 and their “account” changes. All-in-all the app gets the job of ordering food done, but it could really use some more testing and bug fixes.

Worst Customer Service Ever
Chose to go because I had a$16 reward to redeem. Only to be TOLD My Account wasn’t active and that it was MY PROBLEM and NOTHING they could do. The “manager “ who really wasn’t a manager was just about the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. Figure out your reward program Gyro Shack and learn to treat the customers who CHOOSE to support you the right way. I’ve haven’t been this disappointed in Customer Service in a very long time.
