I want this app to be great but every time I sync it crashes. Every single time.

Too Hard to use
Looking on-line this seemed like it was THE software to get for stabilizing a Sony Fx 30. So far, not so much. Reviews said it was intuitive but it certainly is not. I can’t seem to figure it out nor find any instructions on how to do it. Everything is so general. I’ll update this if I find success and if I’ve done something stupid but for now. It doesn’t seem like it’s me and I have a project to get finished.
