你会觉得，对于一家在美国大规模销售滑板的公司来说，拥有一个直接连接到其应用程序的忠实用户群体应该是一个非常理想且有益的营销和销售工具。但这些营销“天才”却不这么认为。他们宁愿用一些iOS系统上最糟糕的应用程序来折磨他们的客户。说实话，如果我早知道是这样，我根本就不会买这块滑板。
Gyroor，说真的，联系我吧，我可以帮你搭建一个人工智能机器人，至少可以开发出一款能够帮助你留住客户并获得宝贵市场洞察的应用程序。还有，把那些开发出这些让公司看起来很愚蠢的应用程序的人都解雇了吧。

G13 model isn’t even listed in the app
Completely useless app. Luckily the board still works without it, even the speaker, you just can’t change the lights.
Battery
The battery in the app is not telling me how much power I have left and yesterday I almost fell of because my battery died on me still good but i don’t know why ?
HORRIBLE
Absolutely horrible Chinese app u can tell it’s horribly designed I couldn’t even Bluetooth connect to the hoverboard even though I was literally able to directly connect through Bluetooth in the settings app so either it’s poor functionality or budget cuts but how would they have budget cuts when their howerboards as to poorly plastic designed and overpriced at at 400 dollars well idk

Katastrophe
App geht nicht. Hoverboards die über die App eingestellt werden sollen sind in der App gar nicht verfügbar. Somit kann das Board nicht eingestellt werden, ist also auch unbrauchbar. Geht gar nicht. 1 Stern da null nicht auswählbar ist.
Worse app ever
The board is awesome, but the app does not connect out of the box. Use the Smart Balance app if you want it to work.

Bluetooth connects to board and I can play music on it but the board won’t connect to the app. Please fix your app

Not for G2 Warrior!
This app does not support the G2 Warrior, you need their other app for that model. The G2 IS listed for this app but it does not work.
Horrible app
The app is extremely slow. Doesn’t offer compatibility for many of their scooters, and none of their bikes.
App Simply Doesn’t Work!
I was able to connect the board to the app to control music but nothing else. I can change the settings at all. I can see them but when I attempt to toggle switches, they don’t move. Can’t even see my battery life. It’s useless. Please fix!
App is annoying
We just got two G2 hoverboards for my boys’ Christmas presents and one of them came defective. The app lights setting is glitchy, but the worst of it is, the speed settings don’t work and the alarms are exceedingly annoying as you can’t turn them off when an adult is using it. I would set the speed setting to “adult” and it will automatically revert to child mode EVERY SINGLE TIME! I’m pretty sure we’ll be returning these and look for something else more reliable.

Bluetooth wasn’t working, but then I realised I didn’t have Bluetooth turned on for the app!
If Bluetooth doesn’t work, go to settings, look for the app, click on it and turn Bluetooth on
I got this hoverboard for Christmas and am really enjoying it
For the first couple of days, I hadn’t read the instructions and was riding it backwards!
Then downloaded this app and had a ton of fun with the lights and speed settings
If you fall off and hurt yourself (even with safety equipment), it doesn’t mean that it is unsafe. If you fall off a bicycle and get hurt with safety equipment, it doesn’t mean that all bicycles are unsafe. It just means you need practice but you’ll get it eventually
The gist is, this is a good app. Would recommend.
And definitely get one of their hoverboards! They are a ton of fun!

As with other reviews, the Bluetooth on the device connects seamlessly to play music from but the app doesn’t connect at all. Very poor
