I have been transported a number of times by Karen D, and I wanted to let the company know that she is professional to the core …She always has a smile on her face when she arrives to take me to an appt.. she calls me by name, and is an excellent driver, always getting me to my appointments, safely and on time.. she makes sure to be there to pick me up when I’m finished with my appointment, and I feel safe and secure knowing she will be my driver.. she is an asset to H &M, but I’m sure you already know that.. I don’t often right reviews, but Karen is at the top of the charts in my book, and I wanted to express that today… Thom Renaud
