They’ve broken the one thing I use the app for, the monthly car wash plan. Also, every time you open the app it asks to turn on notifications.

Car wash subscription not working and can not cancel because of app issues. Been going on for over 2 weeks.
Can’t subscribe to car wash, unsure if card was charged.
I tried to sign up for the unlimited monthly washes in the app, tried twice with Apple Pay and once by entering my card details, it accepted the card but went back to the subscription page. Doesn’t show that I am a member or give me a code to use at the wash. It doesn’t appear my card was charged, but it might be later. Please fix!! Had to pay for a single wash at the terminal when I wanted to become a member.

Car Wash Subscription Not Working
The only reason I downloaded this app was to use the car wash program. Naturally it has never worked, throwing communications errors every time I try to use it on two different phones
Login Issue
Can no longer login in to app with email. Requires phone number but that function does not work
Can’t Add Phone Number
App asks me to add phone number, but always resets and says to add a valid phone number. I tried about 5 different valid numbers, and none of them worked, so I deleted the app. I can’t do anything with it.
Completely unable to register
The shell station I go to informed me that they are no longer using pinnacle but instead are using power market and had me download this app. I uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. It will not allow me to register. I enter my 10 digit phone number. It doesn’t give an error message or anything, it just won’t let me move beyond the screen to enter the phone number to register. I won’t use this app or go to

Slow and noisy app
I use it for car washes, and the experience is terrible. It takes fewer clicks for me to buy a car on Tesla’s app than it does here to buy a car wash.
Their QR code only takes you to the App Store to get the app rather than deep linking to using the car wash.
They keep asking me about enabling locations every time. I don’t want to.
The app has to fetch all of its assets and ads every time. So if the service is bad, I’m making everyone wait in line for a car wash.

Car wash not working
I’ve been trying to get this app to work for a couple months. It still does not work. Waiting for an update. The car wash auction does not work properly. I have no way of subscribing or unsubscribing to monthly car washes.

This app worked great when I started using it for car wash subscription from December 2024 until February 2025. Starting March this year I went in to the car wash and the app didn’t work. I don’t have the option to scan the code. I was still subscribed at that point. I figured they will fix it but to this day, still not working for me. The also charged me for another month. I went in to the settings to cancel my subscription, it just says “we hit a snag.” So I had to call my credit card company for a new card.

App Issues - No Support
I am unable to use the carwash feature for almost 4 weeks due to app glitches and it only shows their terms and conditions page. When I tried to make edits to my account or view my receipts, it said there was a communication error.
I went back and forth with customer service and they said it was a device issue and to reach out to my app provider. I tried various devices, deleting my online account, deleting and reinstalling my app and I could not fix the issue.
I was an extremely happy customer before the glitches but had to cancel due to not being able to use the feature I was paying for.

Poor customer service
I have been unable to log in to the app. I have been trying to get in for the past 3 weeks and the customer service has been near nonexistent. I can’t get a hold of any representative. They have only responded to one email despite me getting back to them immediately. Nothing from calling, nothing from emails as well.

“Nice” update- NOT!!
So they updated their app and required new sign ins… it doesn’t accept passwords, makes you change the password several times… a couple in the store same time as me said it still won’t let them in.
A little heads-up at the stores that this was coming would have been nice- I missed out on credit for drinks a few times until it accepted my new password. 🤬🤬🤬

Your transition to the “point” system f’d everyone on this program. Tried signing back in since your “patch” and got not even a email reset. Fire your I.T. people. Invest in your tech guys…
good overall
this app has its issues but its saved me many times with the power drift game when i’m dead broke. if you get good enough at it you can get a free soda or candy bar everyday, which I don’t see a lot of other companies doing. hope they add more items to the game eventually, but overall this is a nice, underrated app.

Beware!!
Everyone and I mean everyone should read the terms and conditions and privacy policies. You have no idea what you're agreeing to. There have been terms and conditions that have had people agreed to the most egregious things.
However… This app does not let you read the terms and conditions.
Buyer beware! Because once they get used to you not reading it and agreeing to anything then after that they'll put anything in there.
I for one won't agree until I read the terms and conditions.
And any company that would let an app slip through where that was the one thing that didn't work in the app… Makes me suspicious.

Zero stars, avoid like the plague.
Yeah officially deleting this app. As a former employee I can tell you that what you’re seeing is not indicative of what is actually in stock. Completely frustrating experience for both the customer and employee, probably the dasher as well. If there’s any sort of problem with your order I can say with certainty no one assigned to your order will know what to do. If an item isn’t in stock you’ll be waiting over an hour for order updates before it’s cancelled, then another 2-3 days for your money to come back.
Absolutely frustrating process for everyone involved, I feel bad for every employee that has to push this ridiculous app. the gas station next to your house will most likely value your business 100% more than this company.

Car Wash Not Working?
downloaded only to get car washes. every time I use my camera to scan the QR code, it directs me to the App Store. I click on “open” because I already have the app. Then the app opens and nothing pops up, nothing changes. Would really like to get car washes but I guess I’ll work on getting a refund
Car wash doesn’t work anymore
This app was fantastic until the car wash feature stopped working. I’m not sure if it’s an iOS 18 issue or if they’ve discontinued the discounted pre-paid car wash option. If possible, please fix this.
Car wash doesn’t register
I use this app for car washes. I pay for a monthly subscription and can take my car once a day. Most of the time when I use it, it’s fine. But there’s been a few times where I go to use the wash and it freezes and when I try to use it again it says I already used my wash today when I didn’t. Fix it
