I used the watch for 2 months and then it just didn’t open anymore I couldn’t open the face of the watch without my phone bad watch
Good watch useless App
I’ve had my watch about a month. All linked well then about a week ago it stopped syncing so had to reset. Now the App won’t let me log in. Thankfully I can still get the info I need on my watch,
Needs some work
Really wish there was an option to add a workout or edit my workout in the app. Unfortunately while tracking a Muay Thai session, buttons were being pressed inside my gloves and it turned off 15 minutes in. Also some issues with it not keeping data from all days when synchronizing.
Disappointed (App NEEDS and update!)
I suddenly cannot connect my watch to my app. It prompts for a 4-digit password, yet I never set one up before… I don’t even know where to find the password for something I never set up in the first place.
The watch keeps changing to 24 hour time instead of 12 hours that I’m used to, which is annoying! Sick of having to reset the watch constantly (it is getting frequent)! No app update since 8 months ago from the time I wrote this review.
The sleep tracker is VERY inaccurate. This could have been better, but the feature that I do like about this is the custom dial settings.

bluetooth
i can’t even connect my watch. when i go to scan equipment, it claims i need to allow the app bluetooth permission. however, when i go into my settings and try to allow the bluetooth for the app, there isn’t an option where the app is asking for bluetooth permission. if i can’t allow bluetooth, i can’t connect the device. what’s the point in owning a watch that i can’t connect to my phone.

No more sleep tracker like before. When I got this watch it had sleep tracking but it’s now gone.

The app does work and it’s good I get to track my steps and heart rate. You also get to track your sleep and how many calories you burn but you have to look at the app on the Heart Rate you can also do work outs if you are a sport person. The battery lasts about 3-4 days

I made a custom home screen for my watch with a photo and it worked perfectly! The camera feature is great, and the alarms work well too. Ps: If you don’t know if your watch is connected, press 'Find My Watch.' If it buzzes, it's connected. If not, you know it's disconnected!
