تم خصم كرت 5 مدار منذ شهر ولم يتم تفعيل الوضع الذهبي وقلتم سيتم التفعيل من ساعة الي 4 ساعات فقط ! اذكروا لنا السبب ام انكم شركة نصب

خدمة عملاء سيئة وضعيفة جداً

اشتركت في الوضع الذهبي ( المزعوم ) بواسطة كرت شحن، ولكن ولمدة 3 ايام واثناء محاولتي الاستفادة من الخدمة استقبل اشعار بأنه (سيتم تفعيل الوضع الذهبي بعد تأكد من صحة الكرت المرسل، قد يستغرق الامر من 1 الى 4 ساعات)
واليوم داخل اليوم الرابع ولم اتلقى اي استجابة.

للاسف تجربة فاشلة

تطبيق جيد ولكن مش لاهيين بيه مافيش معلومات للتواصل ولا موقع للشركة ولا ايميل وتبعت كرت للترقيه يكتبلك 4 ساعات ويترقى يقعد سنة 🤦‍♂️لو ماتقدروش تلهو بيه بيعوهولي تو نطوره انا ونلهى بيه

تطبيق نصب وإحتيال
يطلبون اشتراك خمسة د.ل لتفعيل الوضع الذهبي وبحجة ان التفعيل يستغرق من ساعة الى اربعة ساعات… ولا يوجد تفعيل أبداً حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل نصابين
