I can not find C30 on this app stuck on finding device but can not connect the device.

Hi, I’m Facing Issues connecting my C30 to the app. After the C50 pro being launched, the main app has only the new logo.
I wanted to use this app as an alternative, but this is also just stuck on the connecting page itself
