Excellent App
The HA Go app is clearly very well designed, covers all the required aspects of medical appointments. I find it very helpful in managing and being reminded of my appointments, and so rate it 5 stars without hesitation.

Deeplink issue when update
Whenever there is version update and there is prompt came out. Expected should be redirected to App Store and perform the update but instead downloading a zero-byte file.
Convenient and easy to use
This is such a game changer App. Everything got so much easier with the payment system, the ticketing system for med, appointments notifications and updates and it’s helping us saved a lot of time! This is by far the most efficient and user friendly Government App I’ve used. Love it.

One suggestion- the appointment booking interface can be more flexible. That means I can pick the most suitable time slot from the available ones.
I currently have to accept the only one shown on the page. Or, I need to cancel the appointment I order to search other available time slot.

I have had several surgeries at this hospital and North District Hospital and almost every experience was excellent, the doctors are top-notch and the equipment very up-to-date. This particular surgery, the second cataract surgery I have had at Alice Nethersole Hospital, was absolutely brilliant. Every aspect. The surgeon was the one who had done my first eye and was very personable as well as professional and made the whole experience very positive and calming.

Always crash after Face ID login
After login with Face ID, the interface stuck unloading, can not do anything when check schedule, mess up everything. Low end mistake unacceptable

This app is very useful for booking, managing my and my family members’ appointments. Timely updated and easy to navigate.
Worth 5 star as a app of public services
Very comprehensive. The best feature is that we can add our family members on the watchlist. They even have notifications to notify family that the patient is out of operation. Medicine delivery is also a plus.
