I love that I can pre purchase but I would also like to earn the rewards as I would earn purchasing in store. Until that is fixed I don’t plan on using the system.

Simplemente me acerqué a la tienda a pedir un helado para mi hija y algo para mi familia de 10 personas ya que tuve un evento de última hora en casa , le hice la pregunta a la señorita Heidy A, de cuál era el producto más famoso y vendido , ya que quería que me lo recomendara para que mis invitados tuviesen una buena experiencia , la cual la respuesta de su empleada fue YO NO SÉ USTED QUE QUIERE , entendí que la experiencia iba ser poco agradable , solo compré un helado para mi hija y para terminar la amarga experiencia la señorita insinúa que se le pague propina . Deberían de capacitar mejor a las personas en cuando al buen servicio al cliente, les aseguro que una buena sonrisa hace que las personas dejen buena propina sin necesidad de pedirla

This shop is located inside the Pembroke Lakes Mall.
They operate at a kiosk just outside the food court.
Super easy to find and the service is impeccable.
All your favorites are there I went for the Belgian chocolate shake. As you can see from the pictures good to the last drop.

Bad survice
I went to buy ice cream with my family and the manager treated me very badly. She was looking at me in a rude way and she made my order wrong. The service was terrible.
Badd don’t go there
Bad service. They treat customers very poorly. The three girls who work there were rude to me. The manager also had a bad attitude. I will not be returning to this ice cream shop.
