App deserves zero stars buggy. Always fails when you need it to work. Unreliable.
Constantly loading procedures
The app works ok only ok. It constantly loads procedures repeatedly. The search function is nearly useless. If the was another option I’d be using it by now. Very annoying app to use.
Not great lots of quirks and functionality issues
Search function for procedures is basically useless. Loading work orders goes into some sort of loop and reloading the app temporarily fixes it. Can look up part numbers from a work order you must manually enter the serial number that is clearly contained in the work order. This is inconvenient. Once a part is found the microscopic thumbnail photo cannot be enlarged and when looking at part details, the part number is missing. This app is like a 30’s car compared to a Tesla.

Service history review
App will not allow me to open service history reports. Found issue while performing service and want to review previous reports to determine root cause of component failure.
