I can’t comment on app because I could never login.
This is now the 3rd health and fitness app attached to a device that was either worthless, unusable or trash this year alone. I am not sure how these are making it to the App Store

No Code
Something everyone else is saying. This app is complete garbage and you can’t get past the code that never gets sent. I even tried opening an account on my computer to log in on the app and It just took me to a weird shopping page…
Not working
The app asked for a registration and never sent the confirmation code
Cannot register
Never received the emailed code, so cannot use app.

They never sent a verification code and received no response when I tried to reach out to customer support

Been trying to use my Hygear equipment but the Hygear app won’t connect to my gear and this app won’t send me a OTP verification code to create an account. I checked all the folders in my email (inbox and junk) but have yet to see anything come in.
