User reviews

Great App — hoping for developer support

For review portion of this, I downloaded this app not too long ago but have been loving it!!

Simple, clean, easy to use, and perfect for those of us who want to track pretty much anything but don’t want 10 apps to do it. I can track habits and my mood and energy levels, plus some other health stuff and see it all in one place, which allows me to see correlations more easily, and hopefully to stick with it!

The only programming improvement I can see at this point would be to have more color shading options.

The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is since the last update I have found it to be quite glitchy.

I could not find a help area on the website so using this review system in the hopes this reaches the developer.

It has frozen on me a few times and now for the second time when I try to open the app I get the spinning wheel of death. The first time I tried restarting my phone to no avail, so deleted and re-downloaded the app.

Unfortunately, because I never set-up a specific account nothing was backed up and all was lost upon the redownload (disappointing but ultimately my fault, there was pop-up that initially warned me but I wrongly assumed purchasing pro would technically do this).

Today I set up an official account to start my tracking over with a backup and it froze and well, we’re back to the wheel.

I have an account now so I’m hoping when I do the delete and redownload dance everything will be there; regardless, wanted to let the developer know so that a fix can be implemented soon!

If this gets fixed I will happily hop back here and give the rating this app really deserves!

Response from developer

Thank you so much for your feedback! Genuinely, this is the most useful thing anyone has sent me. The freezing is a real bug in the latest update and I'm on it. You're also right that buying Pro should have backed you up; that was my mistake, not yours, and I'm changing it so purchasing sets up your account automatically. Sorry you lost your data twice. Email me at habit-pocket@stefaniuk.me and I'll make it right, and more shading options are coming.
