It is clear from the outset that you’re made welcome. You are provided a clean open environment where you want be. The staff are quite adept in providing pathways to your goals, albeit in a group setting.
The Habit team cements their approach through structured, periodised (and scaleable) programming, allowing all to engage in fitness.
This for me, is the key component of their operation and why I’m here.
Pre/Post workout:
The amenities (including accessible shower/toilet) allow a good touch in, touch out platform. These are maintained well, pleasantly so, and compliments the look and feel of the Business.
