Ruined
Been using the app for years and was perfect now ruined by a subscription and payment.
No longer free
I previously loved Habitty to track my daily workouts and habits. Unfortunately, they swapped to a paid model and deleted all of my previous tracking. The paid model only allows for one habit. I refuse to pay for an app that I can easily replace.
After 3 years my habits are deleted…. I think it was after the update in February….
Really upset.. can the developer or someone contact me? To see if I can my progress back after I spent three years on the app?? I’m willing to change my review and even pay for the app.
Wiped out my data
The app without notice is requiring a paid version to have more than one habit. It also wiped out all data for the past several years. Terrible.

В один момент приложение обновилось и стерлись все мои привычки! Все, которые я создала и за которыми следила и мне сказали купите подписку и продолжайте пользоваться. Я купила на всю жизнь подписку. Создала заново с нуля новые привычки, начала следить. Как в один день снова баг. И мне приложение не даёт добавить новую привычку и просит снова оплатить подписку, которая уже есть. И окно с платной оплатой не работает. И новую привычку добавить не могу. Ничего не могу. Почините приложение!!!!!

Loved this app but cleared all my data
This was by far and away the best habit tracker but I logged in today after not using it for a month or two and all of my habits, 2 years of data, has been completely cleared. It seemed like they switched to a subscription model with a free option as well
All habits recorded are lost
I done the one time payment to remove the ads and have been recording my habits for sometime now, however this morning when I opened the page I noticed that all my recorded habits are lost and it is shows a blank page to start all over again. I don’t see any option through which I can retrieve the data entered so far. Disappointed!

Upgrade deleted my entire account
Worked fine for years but with one upgrade I lost years worth of data with no way of rolling back. Incredibly frustrating.

Trusted this app, was recommending my friends, but today I found out all my data disappeared!
Extremely disappointed
I see no reason why an upgrade will wipe out years of history completely without any prior warnings. The upgrade is very similar to the old app and just a waste of time and to make it worse, you have to pay.

Lost 3 Years of Data
The app suddenly renewed and deleted my entire history. I’ve been using it for three years and lost all my data. This is extremely frustrating.

Приложение хорошее, оплатила pay once и думала что буду всегда им пользоваться, но после обновления заставляет опять купить подписку/pay once. Неприятно, пользоваться теперь не могу, платить повторно не буду.

Покупал лицензию год назад они решили всё обновить и типа все потеряли сказали написать на почту, а она не рабочая делайте выводы
Deleted my habits
App was great but after an update it randomly deleted my habits that I had been tracking for months. So useless

Wow, avoid this app, the developer can’t be trusted. I don’t write reviews often, but felt compelled to this time. I’d been using this simple app for a couple months and was enjoying it. I just updated the app and all my data is GONE. Pretty terrible, can’t say I’ve ever had that happen before when updating an app, even if it was free. There doesn’t seem to be a way to get my data back, and it sounds like the app may no longer be free. I deleted it and will be looking for an alternative.

Erased all the data
If I could put minus 5stars, I would definitely do that. After the update the app erased all the data for the past 4 years. I don’t really see a reason to use this app further.
Paid user, data lost, subscription push
I recently paid for this app, though I have used it for many years and may have paid for it before with my old phone. I liked its simplicity over the “services” offered by other apps. From the last update, my habit data is gone. It forced me through an onboarding survey and then prompted me for a subscription. The “Restore Purchases” button doesn’t help. The developer’s website and support links go to a long neglected “Twitter” account, and I’m not on X, anyway, to contact them for any hope of restoring my lost data.
I haven’t yet labored to re-enter all of my lost habits, so I don’t know whether the functionality I paid for will still work—if it doesn’t, I will notify Apple of fraud.
I have strongly recommended Habitty to friends in the past—I cannot do so after this update.

My data wiped out after years
All
My data since years has been wiped clean for unknown reasons. I relied on this app for many years. I can’t seem to find any support email within the app. I only held on cause of familiarity and habit.
The app does not display number of days streak.
