About

When we experience a setback in life, whether that’s from the pandemic, economic recession, or anything that throws us off our game…we can lose our motivation and get into a negative spiral. HabitApp is a tool that has been created to help the user get back on track by creating structure and habits from the moment of waking up to the moment of falling asleep. The habits in the Morning Routine include: waking up with no snooze, hydrating, cold shower, meditation, prayer / gratitude and morning journal. These have been put together as a “boot up sequence” to begin each day. The habits in the Night Routine include: disconnecting from social media, reading, mindful consumption of media, night reflection, mediation, prayer / gratitude and sleep. These have been put together as a “wind down sequence” to end each day. HabitApp uses the formation of the habit loop to help the user form each habit. The user can track their progress by checking the Weekly Report where the scores for the completion of the Morning and Night Routines can be seen. This is an indication of how the user has been able to put themselves in position to influence the outcomes that they desire. HabitApp’s aim is to help the user get into the habit of building habits by focusing on what is within their control and making the most out of the opportunities of each day no matter the setback. HabitApp is the tool for the user to stage their major comeback!
