A living model of your home • Outdoor areas: Draw your garden, driveway or patio and watch them grow in around your home in 3D. • Energy: Track electricity, water, gas and solar, and see which rooms are actually spending it. • A more interactive home: Doors swing, garage doors lift and shades glide in the 3D model, live with the real thing. • Draw your floorplan: No LiDAR? Draw or import a floorplan and Habitat builds the full 3D model from it using local ML models. • Leak warnings: When a leak sensor trips, a warning shows in the 3D model and the room turns red so you see exactly where the water is. • Real sunlight: The model is lit by the sun exactly where it sits over your home. • Preview scenes in 3D: Long-press a scene to see the whole home relight before you run it. • Manage your scan: Extend a floor, re-scan a single room or remove one, without scanning the whole home again. Plus performance improvements and bug fixes.
