About

Habiton connects what you eat with how you feel — and shows you the pattern. Photograph a meal, mark how your gut and energy behave, and the app compares your own entries: which meals show up before problem days, how long your reaction window really is, whether caffeine after 3 pm costs you deep sleep. WHAT YOU LOG • Food in seconds — a photo, or just describe it in words • Well-being: stool, bloating, energy, stress and your own custom scales • Supplements and medications on schedule, with intake rules that actually matter — vitamin D needs fat, calcium blocks iron, fibre carries part of the dose away • Lab results sorted by body system, with normal ranges and a trend for every marker • Sleep, weight, resting heart rate and steps, pulled from Apple Health on their own WHAT THE APP FINDS Habiton does not guess. It counts: how often a problem day follows a fatty meal, which specific dishes repeat before trouble, whether a supplement actually moves the marker it is taken for. A link appears only when there is enough data — and until then the app tells you how much more it needs. FREE The journal, food triggers, reminders, entering lab results by hand, the links and the 90-day doctor report all work without a subscription. HABITON AI — SUBSCRIPTION • Food photo analysis: fat level, sauces and lactose fill themselves into the form • A lab report PDF turns into markers with no manual entry • Deep links: your own reaction window, specific dishes, supplement absorption • A two-week review: what improved, what got worse, three actions for the week • Free-form questions about your own data $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year. First 3 days free, cancel anytime. PRIVACY Your journal, lab results and photos stay on the device and in your own cloud copy. Data leaves only on your explicit action and only for a specific analysis. The AI analysis is performed by Anthropic, the maker of Claude: before the first analysis the app lists exactly what will be sent, names who receives it and asks your permission, and you can revoke that permission at any time in Settings. Sign-in is with Apple ID — no password is created. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER Habiton is a journal and a general wellness app. It is not a medical device and it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. It is not a substitute for professional medical care: always seek the advice of your doctor or another qualified health provider in addition to using this app, and consult a doctor before making any medical decision — changing your diet, supplements or medication, or acting on anything the app shows you. Health information in the app carries citations to its sources; all of them are listed in Settings → Sources. In an emergency, call your local emergency number. The doctor report is support for an appointment, not a replacement for one. SUBSCRIPTION Habiton AI — $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year, with the first 3 days free. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
