Habits & Goals help you focus on the day to day so that you can adopt different habits and routines that will get you closer to your long-term goals.
While motivation is a very strong force, it rarely lasts more than a couple of weeks. That's why you need habits, to automate certain behaviors that over time can become second nature.
Starting with a small habit, let's you build momentum.
Our Habits module allows you to create several habits and track them on a daily basis with just one tap.
Reviewing your long-term goals is critical to understand who you want to be in a few years. If your goals change, it's likely that some of the habits will change over time. Making sure you select a reduced number of goals, will help you to understand which habits are critical in order to make the desired change.
Apple Health permissions allows the app to track your heart rate accurately, update activity rings, and save your workout data.
