Great app to reach goals
I am using this app to improve habits for both personal and business goals. So far it has been very helpful.

Since I have been using I remember I want to stay hydrated and drink less alcohol on a regular basis. I also make my bed more often.
Simply works
This apps stops me every day from drinking more coffee and having alcohol. It also reminds me that they are other important habits other than those related to fitness.
