About

Morning plans are very brave at 10 p.m. By 7 a.m. you are in the kitchen holding a glass of water, unsure whether you already stretched or only thought about it. What goes wrong A routine lives in your head as a fuzzy list. You lose your place, skip the dull bit, glance at the clock between every step, and the whole thing takes twice as long as it should. What Stepafter does instead You write the routine once in the Routines tab: a name, a time of day (Morning, Evening or Anytime), and the steps in order, each with its own duration. The total time adds itself up. Not sure where to start? Add the starter routines Bright Start, Wind Down and Desk Reset and edit from there. Then open Play, pick a routine and press Start routine. Each step gets the screen to itself, a progress arc fills like a wave, and when the time runs out the next step begins on its own. The device reads each step name aloud and can announce what comes next, so your eyes can stay on the kettle. Need a moment? Pause, add 30 seconds, skip ahead or go back a step. Every run lands in History, marked finished or stopped early, with the steps you reached and a chart of minutes over the last 7 days. Voice pace (Calm, Normal, Brisk), haptics, mallet taps and the harp at the finish are all adjustable in Settings. Routines and history are saved on this device and nowhere else.
