The app has an error message that won’t let you use it. Very disappointing

I downloaded the app today and it keeps saying error. Not sure what’s going on but this needs to be addressed.
Does not work at all
I registered but the system did not send the verification code to my email. I can’t access the app and I can’t register again because my email is already registered.
