App says no promotions from Cubacel in Cuba, when in fact there are. How do I know by checking other apps. Very simplistic app. Perhaps website may be better.

Este servicio es el mejor pero lo único malo es que el pago no compagina con el precio de la moneda, tienen el dólar a 25 pesos todavía y eso es injusto al no ser que sea muy muy barato usar el teléfono y compagine el precio con el uso

I used the special offer from the 13-18/August 2018, I’ve contacted the agency in Atlanta and the invoice plus my bank statement show successful my relative phone was never recharge. Apparently because a mistake on a number someone else got the credit. I’ve had check mor than 100 times the phone number and call my relative which is the correct one. Am a bit apprehensive about online transition to recharge phone.

I have this app to stay in contact with my friends in Cuba but, the only this allows me to do is to add minutes to their phone. I can't dial a number to speak or text them. Customer support sent me the steps to use but, my key pad doesn't come up in this app. It needs some improvements
