Doesn’t work.
I have paid around 42usd for a recharge pack to an Indian number. It didn’t work. This app have absolute pathetic customer service. The chat support is not available and many options doesn’t work in the app. Don’t waste your money.

Wrong-region codes, no support, waste of money
I bought Garena prepaid cards and explicitly chose Vietnam, but the app sent Singapore/international codes instead. I can’t use them, don’t have a Singapore account, and support just blamed me. Even after multiple purchases, the problem repeated. No correct Vietnam codes, no refund, no solution. This app clearly mishandles region selection—avoid if you need Vietnam Garena codes.

Pagué servicio no prestado sin solución
Realicé una recarga NAUTA a Cuba y la aplicación la marcó como completada, pero ETECSA confirmó que nunca se ejecutó y el saldo no llegó. Tras contactar con soporte, solo dan respuestas automáticas y se lavan las manos. Su propia política dice que deben reembolsar cuando el servicio no se presta, pero no cumplen.
Pagué por un servicio que no recibí. Muy mala experiencia. No recomiendo esta app. Esta app no tiene vínculo legal con ETECSA ni ningún institución en Cuba. Son estafadores profesionales.

After making a payment for which they took my money, only to receive an email stating that they need verify my transaction. After the information was given the credit was disapproved and said my money will be refunded. I am still waiting for my refund!! Customer service is terrible and you have start over the process every time you request an update or follow up.

Luego de crear mi cuenta y realizar una recarga, y el pago en mi banco fue verificado, nunca me acreditaron la recarga y luego ya no podia iniciar session, es un robo !!
