Level 55
I am unable to edit the config file on level 55, the input keeps going to the command line instead. I wish there was a way for me to move forward.

Please update it like you did the first hack run, practically unplayable in its state compared to the first, love the game and would like to purchase and play the updated series. Thanks.

Hack Run ZERO HD
Very entertaining even if the answer to a few of the challenges is a it random.
Best Prequel
Out of all the prequels I've ever played, this was the best. The stories lined up so well. Thank you to the devs for making a great game. Can't wait to buy the next!
Not nearly as good as first Hack Run
I loved the original. This one is frustrating. The passwords are less logical -- based on clues -- and there is more guessing involved.
Worse, over and over again, there is really nothing to do except read a mail, and then wait for a new mail while you twiddle your thumbs (wander around the system aimlessly.)
Worst of all, the game keeps "aborting" commands to announce new emails. Really. Do you think I enjoy typing (on an iPad virtual keyboard!) for no good reason? It won't announce the emails unless you type something so you are set up for this to happen over and over. This is what drove me to come write this review before I even finished the game.
If this was the first game in the series, I woudn't have bought any more. As it is, I'm probably willing to try again with #3, if I can get thru this one. Though as good as the first one was, $3 seems a little steep for each entry in this series.

great game
this is a really fun game. At first I did not think a prequel would be any good. but this is a great one. the ending would not make sense if you have not played the first game.
Boring and tedious pre-quel
I have played Hack Run and loved it. Appealed to my skills with research and Unix. But this prequel is extremely illogical in its riddles and tedious to jump around from system to system. And why does the hints system not know which level I am on?

I loved this game. I have completed both this and Hack RUN, and am going to play Hack Time as well!

This game was totally awesome. Worked my way through it without stopping. Way better than many of the games on the app store and can't wait to play hack time.
Amazing prequel
Another great plot and story, I especially liked the atmosphere where it made you feel like everything is real just like the first one, my only complaint is some of the mail don't give enough hints or maybe that's just me, still, 5 stars for the awesome game keep up the great work :D

Old school text game
Love this. Reminds me of the old school text based games on computers of yesteryear like Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. Bring back 8 bit computers.

I played the first one for free and loved it so much I bought the second game just to give them well deserved money.now I finished this one and feel like paying them more, it's so exciting and a great brain exercise. Keep fight the good fight you guys.
