Spent 33 pounds on an order and it did not get delivered while claiming it did, the app said that if I requested a refund and they proved that the did ship it then I would be charged 100 US dollars, they then asked for my credit card information so that they could charge the 100 although I did not follow through with the refund. I have contacted my bank to prove that they did not ship the item so that I can get my money back.
