About
Everyone in South Africa knows the hadeda: the big grey ibis with the iridescent wings and the absurdly loud HAA-HAA-HAA-DE-DAH that goes off over the suburbs at dawn. Now you get to fly one.
Hadeda Havoc is a one-tap arcade game. Tap to flap, thread the gaps, and dash through a parallax tour of Mzansi.
FEATURES
- One tap to play. Easy to learn, hard to master.
- A six-city tour: Cape Town under Table Mountain, the Stellenbosch winelands, the jacarandas and Union Buildings of Pretoria, the Joburg skyline, the painted Orlando Towers of Soweto, and the Durban beachfront, each hand-drawn with its own look and smooth transitions.
- The Screech: charge up the HAA-HAA-HAA-DE-DAH, bank up to three, and chain-fire them to blast hazards out of the sky.
- Highveld thunderstorms: ride out the rain and lightning for a bonus.
- The taxi gauntlet: the road clears and you dodge swerving minibus taxis.
- Snacks: grab vetkoek, koeksisters and biltong for bonus points.
- Chase medals, beat your best, and share your score card with your mates.
- Original hand-drawn art, a real hadeda call, proudly local humour, no accounts, no nonsense.
Quick to pick up and very Mzansi. Sharp sharp!

Difficulty rebalance: - The climb builds properly now. The first few obstacles are still a gentle glide, but the squeeze arrives when it should instead of halfway through a long run. - The HAA! is rarer, so it counts. Fewer free saves, and two in the bank instead of three - holding one back for the right moment is a real decision now. - Long flights keep escalating. Tighter clusters, bigger taxi ranks and longer Highveld storms all kick in sooner. HAA-HAA-HAA-DE-DAH!
