Bad app and bad UI
The app used to work earlier but suddenly it stopped working . Looks like there is no support for this app
Not able to login
Every time I am trying to log in its sends me to registration page and then says Customer already exists. And doesn't let me proceed. Extremely frustrating app. Not at all useful.
Horrible after sales support
Hafele is supposed to a premium brand but when it comes to after sales support they have zero credibility. Their chatbot is a worst experience you can have while trying to book a Sevice request. The voice automated system is no better. It also is full of bugs. When you finally get a hold of a customer support agent and register a complaint the ticket just goes onto abyss. No one calls you back or even bothers to enquire about the problem. It’s
Like they expect the problem to go away on its own. When the Sevice engineer finally calls you he then gives you false hopes and never shows up. It’s like a coordinated effort to mess things up. Unfortunately I have a few Hafele products but I am never going to buy another product from them. It’s better to go with a mass market brand, at least they show up on time.

Service executive not replying the call
Unable to Register
As soon as i regaiter, it tells me login. After logging in, it tell me to register, and the loops continue on and on. Its a joke.
